The Howard-Sloan-Koller Group (HSK) team is made up of 20 industry professionals, all dedicated to meeting your recruitment and career development needs. Each HSK consultant holds a leadership role within one or several specialty areas, which positions the firm to work with people who truly excel at what they do.

Randy Duax Managing Director [email protected]

Randy is a Managing Director at The Howard-Sloan-Koller Group and recruits advertising sales and marketing professionals for digital, print, mobile and nontraditional media searches. He also serves as Director of Research for the firm. Randy joined HSK in 2004.

Earlier in his career, Randy worked in a management role at a transportation company, which enhanced his understanding of business, sales and marketing. He is also an award-winning author and editor. He has written articles and fiction for a variety of newspapers and magazines, and his edited work has appeared in Best American Mysteries.

Randy graduated from the The University of Illinois, with a BA in Rhetoric and Political Science, and he has an MFA in Creative Writing from Southampton College.
