At HSK, we work in close partnership with our clients through every stage of the search process, taking as much of the burden off the client as we can.
As your partner in the process, we:
- Listen carefully to your needs and brief you on the current marketplace.
- Write the position description with your input.
- Advise on compensation.
- Recruit, casting a wide net, leveraging our network inside the industry and beyond.
- Screen carefully to preserve your time and energy.
- Present an initial slate of candidates to you, giving you insight as to why we have chosen those candidates in a written assessment.
- Modify the strategy, if needed, and continue recruiting and presenting candidates as necessary, until you have a short list of final candidates.
- Arrange all meetings, obtaining and communicating feedback at each stage.
- Assist with skill assessment.
- Assist with travel arrangements, if desired.
- Reference checking, both surface and hidden.
- Full background checks, if desired.
- Assist in salary negotiations, including relocation aspects, if applicable.
- Present offer of employment, if desired.
- Counsel candidate through resignation process.
- Follow-up after the employee is situated.
