As your partner in the process, we:

• Listen carefully to your needs and brief you on the current marketplace.
• Write the position description with your input.
• Advise on compensation.
• Recruit, casting a wide net, leveraging our network inside the industry and beyond.
• Screen carefully to preserve your time and energy.
• Present an initial slate of candidates to you, giving you insight as to why we have chosen those candidates in a written assessment.
• Modify the strategy, if needed, and continue recruiting and presenting candidates as necessary, until you have a short list of final candidates.
• Arrange all meetings, obtaining and communicating feedback at each stage.
• Assist with skill assessment.
• Assist with travel arrangements, if desired.
• Reference checking, both surface and hidden.
• Full background checks, if desired.
• Assist in salary negotiations, including relocation aspects, if applicable.
• Present offer of employment, if desired.
• Counsel candidate through resignation process.
• Follow-up after the employee is situated.
