Client's Role
The client's active participation in certain parts of the search process is essential to the efficiency and effectiveness of HSK's services.
As our partner in the process, we ask you to:
- Tell us as much as you can about the specifics of the position and the company culture.
- Give prompt and specific feedback regarding resumes and meetings with candidates. This will help us present candidates that are on target.
- Respond promptly, and frankly, to phone calls, emails and resumes. Make yourself and your hiring team available to schedule interviews.
- Agree to interview off-site in circumstances in which confidentiality is key.
- Designate one point person to communicate status and other information.
- Be prepared to sell candidates on working at your company.
- Keep us informed of any developments on your end. Tell us first, allowing us to inform the candidates.
- Inform us if you learn of candidates from other sources. Allow us to compare them to the people we have identified.
- Always remember that we are working toward the same goal: to find the best person for the position.
- Stay in touch with us between searches. Having an ongoing sense of your company will make us even more effective on your next search.
