The Howard-Sloan-Koller Group (HSK) team is made up of 20 industry professionals, all dedicated to meeting your recruitment and career development needs. Each HSK consultant holds a leadership role within one or several specialty areas, which positions the firm to work with people who truly excel at what they do.

Collette Richardson Director [email protected]

Collette works in candidate development for The Howard-Sloan-Koller Group's editorial/content/creative searches across all platforms. She joined the firm in 2006 with ten years’ experience at Thomas Publishing Company, first in the International Group, then as a Publication Manager of two domestic industrial trade properties.

Following Thomas, Collette formed a company, Imark Corporation, whose mission was to assist U.S. manufacturers in selecting appropriate national media in their targeted markets throughout Western Europe.

Collette's early experience includes merchandising and promotion with Cheseborough-Pond’s International, where she founded a fashion and makeup trends newsletter for overseas markets.

Collette was a liberal arts major at Bennett College and later at the University of Paris, Sorbonne; she has lived in London, Paris and New York.
