Each HSK consultant holds a leadership role within one or several specialty areas, which positions the firm to work with people who truly excel at what they do.

Carmela Cipriano
Director
Carmela is a Director at The Howard-Sloan-Koller Group, recruiting sales talent for a wide range of companies.
Most recently, Carmela worked at Metro Newspaper as a Director, where she won the international Employee of the Year. Prior to Metro, she was an Account Manager at Hallmark Magazine, selling integrated programs, after an earlier stint at Metro as a Senior Account Executive. Carmela began her career at Wenner Media as a direct response salesperson for Us Weekly Magazine.
She has a BA in History from Fordham University.
